The Flash Fighting Against the Criminals

Barry Allen is an ordinary man employed in the Central City Police Department as a forensic scientist. He is exposed to a particle accelerator explosion which led to a bolt of lightning in a lab called S.T.A.R., after which he transforms into a superhorse: the Flash.
